The Practice
Four hours of slow ritual

First Light
The Morning Anointing
A south Indian ritual of warm oil, breath, and bath — practiced before the household stirs.
- 01Warm a palmful of Khadi Body Oil between the hands.
- 02Anoint the crown, the shoulders, the belly, the soles.
- 03Sit. Breathe. Wait twelve minutes.
- 04Bathe in warm water with a hand-cured Kannauj Soap.

The Still Hour
The Marble Bath
Drawn from the bathing halls of Rajputana — milk, rose, vetiver, and silence.
- 01Run the bath warm. Pour two capfuls of Rajwadi Bath Oil.
- 02Light Smoke of Mysore. Let it find its breath.
- 03Step in. Twenty minutes. No phone. No screen.
- 04Pat the oil into skin. Wrap in linen.

Dusk
The Attar Hour
A perfumed pause between the day and the evening.
- 01Touch Mysore Attar to the wrist, throat, breastbone.
- 02Wait. The wood blooms in three minutes.
- 03Walk into the room a quieter version of the day.

Moonlight
The Noor Anointing
An Awadh-court ritual of saffron, jasmine, and slow midnight massage.
- 01Warm three drops of Kaira Noor Elixir between the palms.
- 02Trace along the parting, breath drawn slow.
- 03Massage from crown to nape in unhurried circles.
- 04Sleep on a silk pillowcase. Let the night carry the work.
